About me
I am an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified ACC professional coach who specializes in life and leadership coaching using techniques from mindfulness, Kemetic yoga, Kundalini yoga, energy, and other methodologies; and leadership assessments to help individuals, teams, and organizations becoming unstuck, so they can connect to their inner human potential, and sustain desired change over the long-term. The goal is to enable you win your Self back!
I am based in Seattle and available to work with clients anywhere around the world.
Using various instruments customized to the client, including self-inquiry, and deep insight with behavioral science and proven coaching strategies and tools, I help you uncover the deep assumptions that hold you back, and challenge you with positive energy, clear and compassionate communication, and an authentic interest in what makes the real YOU tick. My Journey so far
Career experiences
My leadership education is built on deep academic training which includes a PhD in Leadership and Organizational change, coaching certifications (ongoing Certified Professional Coaching and Energy Leadership Management Index Coach, Leadership/Manager Assessments by the Center for Creative Leadership) and over 20 years of experience as an executive leader, manager, and consultant talent management at a number of blue chip organizations in the international development, management consulting and technology space.
